5.0
The location was great just a short walk to the shops and the seafront
0.5
It was central
Reception struggled to speak English and understand
It was not disabled friendly too many rickety stairs that felt unsafe
The rooms were not flat - slightly inclined.
Showers were freezing - then boiling - then freezing and very small
3.0
Parking was difficult and when parked was in a undesirable location so leaving my car was on my mind as I've worked hard for it so that spoiled my weekend away
2.0
the room was clean and well presented
parking was impossible. I have to park about 500 yards away on a back street and I had valuables in my vehiclecale
2.5
It had a bed and a fan if I needed it.
6 internet channels and none work.
Night porter is rude and unprofessional.
Water pressure is as strong as a babies tears, and temperature is either boiling or freezing
4.0
Close to the sea front and amenities. Check in was easy, shower was nice and hot!
Bed was hard but that’s just my preference.
5.0
Sparklingy clean, and tidy they have a lift , great when your on the second floor, large suite, big bathroom. , Everything seemed "just right", would recommend again.
Not a lot , shame there was no bath plug , meaning no bath in the great big tub ... Nothing else was amiss
5.0
clean , comfortable and friendly staff

I'm a very good location. Beds were comfy. Clean rooms, plenty of towels
Trying to find parking was a nightmare! Flooring squeaky could hear everyone walking around early hours of the morning

We like the space in the room as it was spacious
The bed was too farm and it wasn't comfortable

My wife and myself were the only guests in a 47 room hotel, and we were not allowed to book in one hour early, no bar, restaurant or breakfast facilities, probably due to no guests. Port service, dated decor, hot water took 30+ minutes to get warm enough to shower.
Everything
5.0
Nice and spacious bathroom and very spacious bedroom
3.5
Bear the beach
It was a bit awkward coming in and out for a fag
2.0
location
dated facilities. parking advertised is free yes but needs to be clearer that it’s a permit first come system and basically you cannot park as surrounding rounds are extremely busy. breakfast decent. wouldn’t go back

The room was tidy and roomy enough for both of us. The staff were excellent, and when the lights wouldn't work in my room, they very kindly moved us to another room.
Nothing to really complain about.
5.0
Quiet area, comfortable bed, helpful staff extremely handy for seafront top floor with views of the seafront and sea, room being nice and clean
Bar Closed being closed in Evening. Had tea and coffee but no hot Chocolate which is only hot drink, restaurant closed so couldn't even try food at extra cost.
5.0
neat and clean atmosphere
nothing

The location was good for us.
The shower seals were all mouldy and black. The shower head was broken, the radiators in the room didn't work, there was a small radiator you could plug in, in the room but still cold. The place smelt of damp when you came in the front door. And was very dated.

Not to far from the sea front and the prices were relatively low.
The bed was overly firm and was itching half the night, felt like bed bugs. There was black mould which can be harmful in both the main room and the bathroom. The room was below a comfortable temperature and got quite chilly with only a small heater that didn't have an electronic test to say that it passed safety requirements and the plug felt like it was overheating so took it out. There was also a random bible in the bed side cabinet. The fire alarm set off around 2am twice just as I was drifting off too sleep and no fire regulations were put in place in the event of an actual fire then couldn't sleep for at least another hour due to the temperature in the room and the bathroom was even colder. Didn't even bother using the bathroom since I'm convinced the room hadn't been cleaned either properly, finding curly black hairs in the bed.

I love this hotel, the staff are always friendly and the check in was super easy an efficient and directions are given to your room, the room was was super light and bright and clean the bed was super comfortable and my room was ensuite, I actually got a really good night's sleep, the hotel was very quiet on a night which I really did appreciate.....
1.5
Hotel appeared to be being used as a halfway house so not exclusive for business or leisure guests. Large noise disturbance in adjoining room well into the small hours. On going to look for night porter he was found asleep.
