Very enjoyable, food was good, everyone was very helpful and made you feel welcome including the dog who was very well b

Very friendly and good location. Exactley what l expected of a reasonably priced seaside guesthouse.

I found my room door lock a bit difficult but on the whole there was nothing to dislike.

It was great

I liked the conveniece of the location it was good choices for us two and we liked all the little things that they provided us with too also community was great was kept upto scratch forgot to do bathroom bin though *woops*

Great place, great price.

Joanne was a great host. The room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the guest house can not be responsible for the idiots that drive around. Breakfast was yummy too.

Nothing really, its excellent value for money. My only wish, is that we could have used the breakfast room at other times as rooms were small.

fantastic stay, with lovely host

lovely guest house in a fantastic location. The owner is lovely and makes you feel very welcome

On the first night i was absolutely freezing (realised in the morning after very little sleep the radiator was turned off) second night was much better. The toilet made a racket when flushing so we tried not to flush until needed.

Great location, near the town centre and the sea front. Lovely host very friendly. Great breakfast every morning, from full English, to cereal and toast. Nice comfortable room tea & coffee making facilities in the room.. Room nicely decorated and clean.

Nothing we did not like fitted all our requirements for our four day break.

Facilities were clean all that I needed

Booked a B B for a business trip, on arrival was told breakfast was 8.30 or 9.30 not very flexible, as I was going to be onsite at 8.00. I was offered a food bag, but i wanted a cooked breakfast to start the day

Lovely place in a great location, with a great breakfast daily.

Lovely clean room, with good facilities. A great breakfast to start everyday. A lovely host in Joanne and the option to have somewhere to park your car for your time there.

Just for me personally I wish the bed was a bit firmer, I'm a heavy guy and found it way too soft for me. The wifi could have been better but we were in the top room, so that may of had something to do with it,

Enjoyable

The location was very good and close to all the amenities.

The stairs to the room were very steep and narrow, placing a family room there is perhaps not the best idea.

Near to everything

Close to beach and town. Very good value for money. Friendly owner

A great family based guest house.

A great location! Just a few minutes walk from the seafront. Joanne was lovely, very welcoming and attentive. We had plenty of choice for breakfast which was lovely. Very thoughtful of the mini soap, shower gels and tissues in the room was appreciated.

Would have been nice to meet Dean but didnt get a chance :(

Great guest house very close to sea front.

A warm welcome by Jo, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room was lovely and clean, the cooked breakfast was fresh and tasty, also on offer was cereal, fruit, yoghurt etc. Would highly recommend this Guest House.
