Great location for our stay over, to go to paultons park/peppa pig World (5-10 mins drive away)
Friendly, knowledgeable receptionist, giving us good information on places to eat in the evening,. (The Vine Pub, next door to Paultons Park
Clean tidy room
No TV guide on the TV, have to manually input channels on remote, and find Internet TV guide
Pillows were hard, need new softer pillows
Hotel only accessible from one side of motorway, coming back from paultons park/peppa pig World , you have to drive past hotel and turnaround at the next junction (J5)

Nothing!
It was absolutely filthy. There was banging ALL night long. It was freezing cold and the bed was so uncomfortable.

The location suited our requirements. Being able to bring our pet was super.
Was not impressed with breakfast choice. We had just come from a B&B offering full English breakfast.
3.5
did not like it
The room was dirty...the location is terrible and the ratio price/value is very low

Facilities - shower was not working properly. Control to operate shower head not working, with all water coming out of main tap. Kettle not working, although staff provided a replacement.
No electric sockets close to bed. Decor looking tired, and in need of upgrade. Light fittings above TV showing exposed/unpainted surface.

Days Inn totally exceeded my expectations, the best value stay I have had in ages. The room looked and felt very clean with a nice clean smell to it as well. Good quality shower, controllable heating, modern TV. Staff on reception were very welcoming and check-in/out was simple. Nice secure parking area to boot. Will definitely use again, best value for a short overnight in this location.
Nothing to mention!

Rooms exceptionally clean , comfortable beds , quiet , central for everything needed
staff were friendly and engaging while being efficient , I commented on this while there , to Manager Phil and also told him I thought the receptionist Debbie was an asset to the hotel , I thought she was just welcoming me with a smile but soon found out she's always smiling , Some of the bigger hotels could take some Lessons from the team at this hotel

The only thing was ok was the room was tidy and had anuff to make 2 cups of tea or coffee
Black mould in bathroom. Booked the disabled room it rearly is not suitable for disabled with motabilaty problems. bath was very small. couldn't have shower as it was unsafe bare right across it near tap ends Health and safety very poor has to have help to get in and out of Bath struggled to wash safely there was suportbars but all in rong place no suport to get out of bath and the bar across it stopped you being able to get out safely even with help and suport. Even a healthy person struggled and nearly fell out of bath trying to have shower in the small bath with a bar across it. Toilet was dirty needed clean was stains and limescale and that was stained bathroom smelt of urine and poop. There was hole in duvet cover only 2 flat 2inch thick pillows when meant to have been 4 when laid on pillows was no support and head was straight flat on bed. Terrible would never recommend it to anyone unless they were homeless or desperate. Price was excessive for such poor quality, and black mould is extremely bad, and I have asthma that played up the whole time we were in the room. Kettle was dirty and broken. TV, you could hardly get any TV channels. WiFi was terrible. The food services next to it were very poor, not suitable if you couldn't eat junk food or are vegan or vegetarian and such. Paid for food twice that had to be thrown in bin as it made me gag, and what I did manage to swallow made me poorly all night with up set tummy and following day

The location was convenient.
The room smelt very bad and it gave me a bad nights sleep.

Perfect location for getting to Paulton's Park / Peppa Pig World
Nice sized room for a family of 2 Adults / 2 Kids
Blue badge parking directly in front of hotel entrance
Affordable pricing for a last minute booking
Foodwise, you will need to go to the service station next door which is a little bit of a walk.
Service station has your typical go-to franchises for breakfast i.e. McDonalds which is OK if you like those kind of chains.

the staff were lovely
the shower was broken the curtain rail fell on my head twice when drawing the curtain and the net curtain fell down

Reception was wonderful. Debbie was wonderful at check in. talking to our little one making her feel special as it was going to be her birthday
bed wasn’t that comfy and in the family room number 6 down stairs the bathroom door made a loud noise every time you opened it. not what you want when you have a little one sleeping

Great for a quick one night sleep.
Not great for more than an one night sleep. Had to change my room as it was interconnected with another one where a lorry driver was sleeping. Like............... Could hear the guy snoring under the door. Thin walls. At least the floor wasn't creaking.
