Easy to find, great car park which is secluded and a very easy check in / check out. Lovely food with a good atmosphere and friendly locals. Landlord is a top guy.

Off the beaten track to a rural village location. We arrived too late for dinner, my fault. the room far exceeded my expectations, new, fresh with some lovely quality touches.
Stairs, I'm old. Parking is at the back and very dark. long narrow winding lane but when you get there, great

I forgot about the breakfast after booking so was a lovely surprise to see the orange juice, muffin apple ect. The coffee kettle was also a great addition which we made use of before our early start, very pleased with the whole layout and cleanliness of the room. Very modern and updated. Would definitely recommend staying here again. Comfortable calm space for a a night away.
Morning traffic through Knaresborough held us up on route to our destination. Will definitely set off sooner next time.

Liked the privacy and quietness in the bedrooms even though we were over the pub. The room was well laid out and en-suite excellent. Room nice and warm and bed very comfy.
There was no chair in the room. No proper breakfast but we knew that when booking. No fridge for own fresh milk.

Breakfast was as mentioned on the web site and all fresh.
Room was above expectation very comfortable and clean.
Bed was exceptionally comfortable and linen was pristine.
Bathroom large with good shower.
Although there was coffee and tea provided it would be better to have a small Nespresso machine as not everyone enjoys instant coffee

I booked the room extremely last minute and was welcomed very kindly by the staff! They led us to our room and let us know all the information we needed! I also stayed here 2 years ago and it was just as nice!
Nothing, it was perfect!
