Food at hotel was more expensive than expected.

The hotel is at a very prime location in Hanoi, close to big shopping malls and a quick Grab away from Old Quarter. Its a very stylish and modern property with great amenities and very welcoming staff.

Everything was amazing! We stayed at the property for 3 weeks and it felt just like home. Highly recommended for longer stays.

Staff get 5 stars for their efforts to post (at our expense) some clothing we left behind- thank you. Otherwise, this was so far the most expensive hotel we stayed at and the most disappointing 🙁. Having stayed in a wonderful hotel in the heart of the old town of Hanoi, we thought we would lash out ( more than twice the price per night) for a ‘club room’ and all the benefits this brings. Very, very disappointing. Rubbish offer.

The ‘Club’ which we thought was on a spectacular high floor, was closed, and relocated to a meeting room on the ground floor. It was absolute rubbish, nothing like the promised luxury service. Novotel have disappointed . Booking.com has disappointed, not for the first time on this Vietnam holiday

Nice location, very helpful staff, rooms are very spacious.

Swimming pool is small. Provide only 2 small bottle of water in the room.

i had a problem with the executive lounge but after talking with the service manager everything has changed for the best so this hotel care about their customers and worth the 5 star
