Our stay at the Ann was absolutely excellent. The staff is extremely friendly, the room was very spatious and clean and the breakfast options where very varied, as well as of excellent quality. Thank you!

Really nice staff. Nice pool area. Good food.

staff was very friendly and it was great to be able to use the swimming pool and spa area even after the check out which was great since we need to refresh before going to airport. We could have a proper shower after long hot / sweaty day in Hanoi.

The fact that the bathroom has glass walls, like transparent, even with curtains, it doesn't give you much privacy and also when you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, because the bathroom is not completely isolated, you might wake up your partner since you need to put the lights on and make the entire room very bright. I would prefer normal room with closed bathroom to not disturb other in the middle of the night.

Gefallen hat mir die Lage, das Frühstücksbuffet und natürlich waren die Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und mit Badewanne. Das Hotel hat den Namen Spa verdient, Sauna, Jacuzzi sind im Preis mit inbegriffen, für die Massage Angebote muss man natürlich extra bezahlen. Mir hat besonders gefallen das es ein Gym im obersten Stock gibt und auch eine Skybar.

Durch ein Angebot auf Booking.com war es günstiger für mich, allerdings wäre es ohne Angebot schon etwas teuer gewesen.
