Very polite and responsive staff. Gym is decent and good enough for a quick workout. Apartments are serviced and including cleaning and water. Very well equipped.

Can be noisy because of a bar next to the building.

I loved the room, the staff were super friendly and that there was a convenient store downstairs.

I booked a 3 bedroom apartment. At the last minute the hotel changed the booking to three 1 bedroom apartments. I was with a family with kids we clearly could not split in 3 different apartments. We asked to be compensated for one bedroom and we would compromise and take two 1 bedroom apartments but were denied, leaving us with no option but to accept the terms. The whole experience and stay was very different than planned.

the space, comfort and convenient location that is close to everything in Hanoi whilst being off the tourist track. the Super7 convenience store off the main lobby is a real asset and there are bars, coffee shops and a pho street food cafe right opposite. Security if first class, not that Hanoi has problems, and all the staff are helpful and polite at all times. I think this is my 4th stay and I will stay again and again.

The staff here are extremely helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are very clean and well presented. Lovely bedding. Kitchen very clean and well equipped. All 3 apartments spacious and lovely furniture and decor. Uncluttered. Also lots of hot water and good air conditioning. Balcony to each apartment. Can't fault it. Would definitely recommend.
