The hotel overall is not bad however my room was not clean it look unkept. The carpet was dirty and the walls and feeling was dirty as well . The room smell like mold. We cancelled the next reservation we had for another day and change hotels

I stayed at this hotel twice this year, first tine experience was good second time I wasn’t happy. There were some black hair on my bathtub when I checked in. Duvet cover had a hole, shower faucet was not attached to the wall property. I also went for a massage with a friend at the hotel and both of us were not happy with the way the massage was done, it wasn’t professional, the day before in old town for half price we got a better quality massage. I rate this hotel 4 star.

The staff was exceptionally helpful my stomach wasnt feeling so great and they gave us a free late check out which really was so nice. The property is amazing, the spa is lovely and all facilities are kept to a high standard of excellence

Nice stay on Pan Pacific Hanoi. The staff were great and really friendly. However it is apparent that the hotel building is quite old. Some of the rooms clearly has been renovated and brought up to date

Very clean hotel and good amenities. Great breakfast. It is a bit far from sight-seeing. Best if you want quiet spot outside city center. Rooms very nice but warm, hard to control AC. Next time I would stay closer to center.

Comfortable, amazing staff, great spa and gym with excellent yoga and pilates classes. My only mention is that it's a bit noisy - the rooms not very sound proof.

This hotel was beautiful and clean! The rooms were spacious and the bathroom and shower were very nice! Staff were friendly as well.

We were very pleased that we booked a club room as it meant we had all day access to the Pacific Club Lounge including helpful and friendly staff, and refreshments including breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal.

I have stayed at the Pan Pacific 3 times within the past 2 weeks and will definitely be back. It is a beautiful modern hotel with wonderful facilities and staff. The gym & pool area is fantastic. The front desk manager Brian does an outstanding job, his friendly & professional demeanor will make any guest feel welcome. Thank you Brian.

A great hotel located away from all the hustle bustle of the old quarter, yet not too far away. It is easily accessible via public transport or if you are adventurous you could walk it passing through great neighborhoods. You will be find cafe's and a convenience store at a walkable distance. The Hotel has great amenities such as a fitness room, coffee shop, restaurant, rooftop bar etc.. The hotel somehow is pleasantly lively as you will find visitors walking in throughout the day. The property has well trained staff always ready to cater and pamper your needs, they are polite and friendly! The property over looks the lake and the city on the other side, and choosing a lake view room will make it a delight! However they do need to match the modern luxuries of a modern hotel in some area's such as the switch plates, electricity buttons & room amenities, not that is its bad or inconvenient but does give you a feeling of the early 2000's! Overall staying at this property was comfortable, relaxing and affordable!

the staffs are very friendly and helpful from the concierge to the front desk especially My and dining area. We enjoy our stay and will definitely come back. There's nothing to say about not liking the place. Thank you for your service.

Nice hotel, but nothing exceptional.Hotel was empty (coronavirus) but no upgrade.Business lounge is poor, some customer are welcome at 17H some other have to wait up to 17H30.Regarding room and service everything is ok, but do not expect a nice commercial attention
