At the center of old quarter. So many options within 5 minutes of walking. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff is so helpful and cheerful.

Everything was great, the location is great too where you can find a lot of stuffs to buy surround you.

The service is good. Breakfast serving is good with pre-order option available the night before as we had to rush to the airport at 7am the next morning. Water pressure in the hotel was the best i have had as compared to other hotels in hanoi. Room layout is decent and clean. The only inconvenience i had was the hotel was located in a no-car road zone. This makes it inconvenient to call a cab or minibus drop off especially for family with children or elderly.

아주아주 만족했어요! 서비스 정말 몸둘바 모를 정도로 친절하시구요. 외출할때마다 make up room 해뒀는데 항상 깨끗하게 청소해주셨습니다. 위치도 좋아요! 야시장, 맥주거리도 가깝고 호수까지도 10분 정도면 가구요. 바로앞에 반미 맛집도 있어요. 올드쿼터 내부라 여러모로 편리해요. 새벽 도착이라 24시간 프론트데스크인 것도 굉장히 좋았어요.
I really like this hotel. The service was very nice, and the location is very convenient. It's basically close to every tour spot- the beer street, the lake etc. And the hotel was very clean. I also liked that the front desk was open 24 hours.

Best accommodation in Hanoi. Central to everything. Most amazing and friendly staff I've possibly ever met! I will be back soon just for them! Super clean, great breakfast and awesome amenities

Its just an average hotel.Double room is too small.There is no any chair in the room.Cleanliness can be betterRoom is so darkRefrigerator is out of orderBut:Receptionist and the other staffs are nice & helpful. This is the biggest point which may make me come back this hotel.

The pictures and the real room were incredibly different. One of the lights at the head of the bed wasnt working and the other one looked like the cables were tampered with. Cramped bathroom means you need some maneuvering to get to the shower (which then felt surprisingly spacious).

Well, I just dont like it when Ive paid for my hotel stay in advance and then upon reaching the hotel, found that it was overbooked and had to move to their sister hotel a street away (Church Boutique Hotel - 49 Lan Ong).Thankfully, 49 Lan Ong was all right...

This hotel is really lovely with excellent and friendly service, clean/modern room and a decent breakfast. We arrived at 5am from the train station And they let us into the dining area to sit until we could check in. We were upgraded to the premium room upon check in and were able to get into the room at 10.45am which was great as we were exhausted. The room is very nice with a lovely little vertical garden outside the window. The area is also good as its not far from everything

Please take note if booking pickup through the hotel that your driver might not be waiting at the airport and they will charge you regardless if the driver is there or not. It is best to take a Taxi. Please be aware that some of the taxi drivers are real scammers and pretend that they dont know that adress. Make sure you have the hotel telephone number and adress clearly written out and make the taxi driver call if he is confused.Nice Hotel but note there are 3 Church Hotels in Hanoi. Make sure to pick the ones closest to the Lake.95 Hang Gai and 9 Nha Tho street were well located with sidewalks out front.No. 21 Hang Ca street was in an offbeat location and no sidewalks that were free to walk on because of motorcycles and shops selling thier wares and eating.The room I had did not have window and felt quite confined and dark.,.hopefully you have a flashlight if you misplace something. It was a nice room but the airconditioner turned off in the night and it was very hot.I recommend the Hotel but be close to the lake and a room with a window.
