Fabulous stay, the hotel was beautiful and atmosphere very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and we were able to book a massage workshop in the spa whilst we were there, the workshop was excellent and included a massage as well. There is a discount for the spa if youre staying at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day, there was also a cook to order menu. The bed was very comfy. My only complaint was that there were hairs left in the bathroom from the previous occupants.

Among the thousand choices you have for a hotel in the Old Quarter, you won't go wrong with this one. The location is fantastic, the rooms are private, clean, and big. We really enjoyed our stay.

Room looks old and small. Pretty expensive compared to other similar hotel. Maybe because it's in a central area at Old Quarters. Receptionists are friendly and speak good English.

Great service, they have thought of everything. Location is spot on and easy walk to everything. We had the windowless room which was ok. Very low beds and small room but it did the job. Breakfast would be helpful if the food was labelled but highly recommend this hotel for a great stay and service. I would return :)

From booking to check-in and after check-out, the hotel was very helpful, friendly and very reassuring. I would like to thank the staff for their assistance. 1) The courteous and friendly atmosphere of the front desk staff. 2) The room was stylish, cute, and very tasteful. 3) The beds were clean and sanitary. 4) They hung a small gift on my doorknob every night with a heartwarming message. 5) The breakfast was varied and very tasty. 6) After checking in online for my return flight, I was able to print out an online ticket at the front desk. 7) We were able to keep our luggage after check-in, a cab was waiting in the car, and our luggage was brought to us. 8) My wife was very satisfied with the attached spa, which was very attentive. 1) The room facilities were rather old, the windows were white and foggy, and some of the facilities were already damaged (pot, bathroom blinds, etc.). 2) There was no bathrobe, which should have been provided in the room. (I called the front desk, and they immediately brought it to me.) 3) When I came back to my room the next day, my bathrobe was still there and there was no replacement (I was tired, so I did not call the front desk). 4) The water pressure in the shower was just right, but the water was a little warm. 5) I sometimes wondered if the room was cleaned every day, as there were some trash and hair on the floor.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and the spa was amazing! Had a massage that was highlight of my trip. Really friendly and helpful. Very quiet in room away from the chaotic street! Highly recommend
