A short stay at a very nice hotel. Everything was clean, the view from the room was great, the pool and gym was nice and the staff was helpful and polite. Did not try the breakfast option, but dinner was one of the better we had in Hanoi, but more expensive than other places in Hanoi

I really enjoyed my stay at Lotte Hanoi. The hotel is very clean and the overall environment was very comfortable. The staff were excellent as the service they provided was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel had a lovely view and had great amenities. The hotel is also connected to a department store so it was very convenient to go to for any daily or essential needs. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi as it is a great location. Central to hot spots but not dead centre to very busy tourist areas or sites.

This hotel is pretty far from the Hanoi old quarter which is inconvenient because most shops, restaurants, and activities are in the old quarter. The property, staff and services are good.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, we were blown away. One minor issue, we had requested later checkout which we were told there was a fee for - that’s fine so we agreed. Then when my husband checked us out, the gentleman said we wouldn’t be charged for the late checkout - we were delighted! Upon arriving home, we actually were charged. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit put off by it.

I already reviewed this hotel - it is an excellent hotel, with good service, located in the central part of Hanoi but not that close to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake or Old and French Quarters. However if you have the Grab app and Vietnamese SIM card in your phone, getting anywhere is efficient and easy. The only unfavorable point is the overwhelming smell of food in hotel's hallways - it has at least four restaurants on floors 59 and 63 so the smell of food penetrates the hallways and is unpleasant and heavy.

Excellent and new property. My room was a corner Junior Club Suite on the 56th floor with floor to ceiling wall windows on two sides, expansive views of West Lake, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Red River and other parts of Hanoi right in front of me. This room had Club privileges - breakfast, snacks and hors d'oeuvres were served for Club guests on the 59th floor, separately from other hotel guests. The staff was courteous, helpful. Joey, a Club Floor Manager, went out of his way to make my stay wonderful and memorable. Great job, Lotte Hotel Hanoi! If I return I'll stay with you again!

Who is the manager in there the manager also don't know how to training their staffs for.thenguest service. Dishes prepared in restarnt are not suitable suze and purpose. It's same as 3 stars hotel in Vietnam.

Hands down, This is one of the best hotels in Hanoi. The staff is amazing, professional and friendly. They definitely kept us informed, about the fact that it’s a the Lunar New Year ( Year of the Dragon) celebration. Might affect opening time of the restaurants and other activities. Now, the rooms are very clean and well kept. Oh and did I mention, I loved the heated toilet seat 😂. The food is excellent and u can definitely expect to get excellent service too… The great location. Everything u need and more is at this hotel.. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again in the future…

The location was perfect when you don't want hustle bustle of the Old Quarter. The Club Team leaded by Quynh Anh was excellent in settling in my new surroundings. The complementary welcome "Sunset Buffet" was fantastic as no other hotel that has it. Also, the complementary "Afternoon Tea" was welcoming and convenient. All in all, Lotte was a great hotel - I:ll be back when I am in Hanoi.

We had a lovely stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. The staff go out of their way to accommodate us. They even let us leave our luggages while we travelled to Hoi-An for a few days so we don’t have to drag 2 big luggages with us.

Panoramic view of the city. Excellent service staff. Liked that the gym was spacious and well equipped. Lounge access with snacks and drinks made it much nicer.
F&B offerings at Lotte center next door sadly limited. Thank goodness for Pizza 4 plus .
