Amazing service. They thought of every little detail. They walked across the road to get us safely to the other side. Could not fault the service. Location is fantastic. 5 minute walk to train street. Food market at the end of the street turning left out of the hotel.

Incredible hospitality. Upon arrival we received fruits and tea to enjoy while waiting for check-in. Anh our receptionist was lovely and helped us during our entire stay. She offered great suggestions and advice that made the stay more enjoyable.

It is highly recommended hotel. The staffs are very friendly & helpful. Reception’s Mike has recommended the tourist scenic points in details to us, and let us know the good restaurants locations too. Mike is very helpful. Thank you so much. The location is very good. A very nice hotel on the edge of the Old Quarter and close to the modern centre. Extremely nice and helpful staff that make all the difference. Excellent breakfast and very nice rooms. They also offer a range of very nice tours.

The minute I stepped into the lobby, the hustle and bustle of the streets disappeared. The hotel is tastefully designed with art deco pieces.

My stay at Meritel was fantastic and the experience and service i felt and received was warm and caring. Thank you for making my stay the best it could be. All the staff were friendly and amazing too. When I visit Hanoi in the future I will be sure to stay here again! Will also recommend to my family and friends. The hotel is grand and ornate. Welcome drink and fresh fruit when you check in. The staff ask about your day and do the very most to accommodate your needs. Hanoi is always awake but the hustle and bustle does not seep into the hotel which remains quiet and classy, ensuring a peaceful and relaxed stay.

Our stay at Meritel Hotel was perfect. The rooms were clean eith excellent air conditioning, restaurant was delicious with a variety of food, and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Lukas took the time to book two exciting tours showing us Vietnam's best attractions. Mike shared all the top dining spots, made sure we were able to visit Train Street, and made our check out easy. Overall an incredible hotel.

The staff at this property is wonderful! Harry at the rooftop bar was a standout. Unfortunately the room we had was tight for 3 people, and I also found it curious that you didn’t need a key card to go up to your floor, so really anyone could go to your floor.
