The room was clean and spacious, with fast and stable Wifi, air conditioning and all necessary facilities. I liked that the hotel wasn't in the touristy Old Quarter but instead in a more everyday location of Hanoi. Everything was easily reachable by taxi and the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum area is only 25 minutes by foot away. The host was super sweet and helpful. I was able to check in after the official time, same with check out. She even helped me get some medicine when I briefly got ill. The hotel has a convenient laundry room that I used. Fantastic value and I will definitely stay there the next time I go to Hanoi.

it’s huge and can wash clothes by washing machine can dry too. free water! be ready to pay cash when the card reader machine is not working! I could use my card in all my hotels and even in convenient stores but in Eco nest!

The owner MS NHUNG IS TOO GOOD and cooperative, she went out of way to helpful. You can hire scooter from her also. The apartment is well equipped, it has all the amenities.

well, our stay began very comfortable and in friendly manner. during all stay we have been served exceptionally good. if we needed anything Mrs. Nhung pleasantly helped us right away.the room was clean well equipped and looked exactly like it was shown on pictures

however we stayed with our dog and the street is really crazy and most of the time the traffic is tight so just keep it in mind. anyways ,we are definitely satisfied with Eco nest

The location is really great, the internet is really great. Clean apartment with everything you need for daily functions. The toilet was new and clean, which is a big plus for me. There's a big window with a lot of lights, so you won't feel stuffy. Great place next to a botanical garden. Close to many touristic places, it takes less than 10 mins to reach old town. You can even simply walk to the west lake. Nice pho place and cafes nearby. Good for both short/long-term stays! Nhung is the best host, she's willing to help you with any problems!
