The room I stayed in has a horrible sewage smell. The whole lobby was darkes out. The architecture is way too rustic and out of touch with the nearby hotels my friend stayed in. I would like to request for a partial refund for the suffering I went through in bearing with the sewage smell. I was too tired to try to communicate with the staff who x have poor understanding of my questions in English.

Excellent staff. Friendly and quick to help. Rooms are modern and breakfast, while limited in selection was delicious. I just wish i didnt need to pay for the gym downstairs. It should be included in the hotel price. 120k Viet Dong a day can add up quickly if your staying a while.

It look liked it was just renovated and fairly modern. My room have a huge window facing down into the temple. Got a few surprised look from people looking up 😆. The buffet breakfast didnt have much options but it was filling and delicous and the staff at the buffet were attentive and friendly. My only complain is that they didnt say that you have to pay to use the gym downstairs. Its called Topgun and its not owned by the hotel. You have to pay 120k Vietnamese dong to use it. Regular customer have to pay 150k so i guess thats something. Lots of food option outside as well as massage and travel agencies to book tours with. Traffic could be horrendous around the area so give yourself some time to get anywhere.

Good location, clean place with friendly staffs. There was an ongoing construction next building and constant noise came along, but besides that all was nice. I would def. come back and stay again.

The rooms were big. I found several hairs in my shower which was a little off putting. The area around the hotel is very active but can be very noisy. The rooftop bar was pretty but it was empty when I was there.

Overall, this hotel was great. Wonderful value for your money and comfy bed set up. Only thing is the noise level - the rooms back up right to the street, so it’s loud and not that relaxing. It’s a good trader off to be in the heart of the Old Quarter.

Nice location, friendly staff and generous rooms. The rooms are a bit dated with some signs of wear but nothing g that affected our stay. Overall great hotel and would stay again

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by friendly staff. Mr Lu gave us some great recommendations of what to do in the city. Excellent customer service. Would recommend.

Overall the hotel was good, however if you after a quite location this is not the hotel for you. It’s in the old quarter therefore very noisy especially at weekends if you planning an early night after site seeing. However the hotel is close to some great bars, restaurants and night markets. This hotel has excellent staff, the staff make this hotel worth staying. Very helpful, friendly and approachable.
