Location is near all attractions. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. Great that they provide 2 pillows for each of us. Surprise and disappointed that we need to pay 100K VND for loosing 1 room card. Hotel Day tour booking is more expensive than the tour agency shops which are located at every street.

Technically our third stay. The staff were all wonderful and the room, as always, was comfortable and clean (we booked the same type of room, but each stay was on a different floor). It is a perfect walkable place if you want to be near the Old Quarter and near the lake. Breakfast really filling and great.

Not my first time staying and not my first time reviewing this hotel but I still want to share how pleasant it is to stay there. Beds are comfortable, the matress is a mix of soft and firm, I slept really well. The front desk staff was super nice, they even know that I now speak of Vietnamese, it makes you very welcome.

Stayed our second time at the Hanoi Pearl Boutique Hotel. The staff, the breakfast, the facilities and the location makes the Hanoi Pearl a wonderful place to base a visit to the Hoan Kiem Lake area of Hanoi. Close enough to the Old Quarter and other sights, and on weekend's, the walking streets.

We knew we picked a great hotel the moment Dominic checked us in. Dominic's co-worker, Audrey Vu, made us feel at home. The breakfast staff were lovely, especially Thung Thu and Patrick, who made sure we had everything we needed. Mr. Richard made us the very best iced Vietnamese coffee.
As to the review basics, the air conditioner was really cold. The room was a nice size. We had a no window room making it dark in the morning and peaceful, important in a hectic city. Good TV with a few English speaking channels. The mattress, pillows and linens made for a restful night. Super fast and quiet elevators. The pictures and room descriptions are accurate.
The breakfast buffet really was amazing. Beyond the egg and pho bar, great selection of fruits, yogurts, cereals, vegetables, and pastries. Fantastic Asian foods, too, so I got different veggies each morning.
We have already booked to come back to the Hanoi Pearl. Great location for Hanoi Hoan Kiem trip.

The staff at the Hanoi Pearl were very helpful. I had a very early morning flight and they were able to arrange for a car to the airport at 4 AM. They also bagged breakfast for us because we were leaving so early and would’ve missed Breakfast the breakfast. I would stay here again.

I'm sure that this hotel is the best hotel in this street. The hotel is old, but very well maintained. Every staff is kind, devoted, and fluent in English. Having cocktails at the rooftop bar is very nice. A room is very clean, but the soundproof is not so perfect.

This hotel is in the heart of Old Town, near all the dining and shopping spots. The room was spacious and clean and contained all the amenities. Hotel staff treated us like VIPs. Will plan to stay here again next time we visit!

Lovely hotel , excellent location in the French Quarter of Hanoi. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. The staff were great ,very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to others.
