The property is close to a nice park.

Hotel isn’t clean, there are pungent smells in the hallway of sewer and marijuana. There are obviously long-term residents here. Trash in parking lot overflowing and wasn’t emptied all weekend. There is a kitchen but it’s not stocked with plates or cutlery. There was suspicious activity happening in the parking lot. Rate was extremely high.

Whole places smelled of smoke even room,hallways. Entrance had trash, butts from cigarettes, bugs. Also side of building have over flowing trash and on ground, parking lot had trash, Room was dirty and bugs. I took pictures to show them when we checked out. We wouldn’t have stay but already paid for room. Would not recommend and would never stay there again. State inspectors needs come and look at this place and shut it down.

Dirty and GM had all kinds of excuses. This just doesn’t happen over night.

For the rate paid, a more wholesale breakfast with meat, eggs, and fruit was expected.

Room had a high concentration of bleach smell which caused our eyes to burn. The bathroom sink drained at an unreasonable low level. Brushing teeth led to a full sink of water with slow drainage. The tub was dirty and could not shower the first night of arrival. The shower head and tub faucet flowed at same time causing very little flow from the shower. At no time did we get the full force from the shower head. The refrigerator was not cooling and when we returned from an event, the floor was full of water. The refrigerator hummed at a louder rate than normal. The bathroom vent was extremely loud. Did not receive our requested wakeup call and could have missed our flight. Could not get a printed checkout bill to verify the 20% discount promised for all our troubles. This was the worst hotel experience and will not stay here again. The cost was not commensurate with the service.
