مكان جميل ولن تكون المرة الأولي لزيارته، والطاقم كان اكثر من رائع باسلوبهم واللباقة، الفندق قمة في النظافة والحداثة

Limpieza, amabilidad del personal. Lobby amplio y con servicios.
Piscina muy mal palnteada y cero apetecible. Buffet del hotel de muy baja calidad. Emplazamiento muy poco práctico. Iba a un evento a Abu Dhabi y estuve unas horas en el hotel, pero francamente no iría de viaje de turismo, pareja, etc. COn todo lo negativo, amable el personal y muy limpio.

The staff was friendly and helpful and polite , the room was beautiful i only wish it had apple air play other then that it was delightful

لا شي ، فقط مواقف الطابق السفلي غير جيدة التهوية وروائح المطعم بكثره ارجوا تهوية المكان

The reception employee's most of them need more to be better how to respect their guests and treat them, 2 times 2 guys were rude with me.

Staff were extremely friendly, it felt like home.
The card keys used to multifunction every time not only with us with other visitors as well in different elevators maybe someone can check the issue .

1- The Sofa was super excellent.
2- Everything in the bathroom is fabulous!!!
3- Service excellent as doorman, parking, bags, maintenance guys....etc.
1- The freezer was hot and weak.
2- Breakfast was very bad and we all had stomach pain.
3- No Qibla definition.

Everything was fabulous. If the could have charging points for mobiles etc in the room, it would be amazing. Otherwise wonderful staff and service.
