Dusty carpet n not so clean Lenin n bed

1. The location is great. The hotel is in the one fo best mall in the city, infront there is a mall with good and not expensive food court (thrre are a lot types asian cuisine) and close to metro MTR station. Also you can walk to the harbour (it's just only 10 minutes) to look at great views. 2. The room was pretty cosy, beds were good and there was a sofa with a table (comfortable to watch movie)

1. The breakfasts are expemsive. Especially if you are family with 4 or more persons. The mall infront will solve the problem. Also, if you have a plan to go to Victoria Peak you can have breakfast there ) 2. The room's window looked inside the mall. So you will see only walls and other windows

There was no drop off or pickup area for our taxi . Front door to hotel was not easy to locate.

Great location and the rooms are good for families with small children. The staff too were very helpful especially John (front desk) who checked us in. We were a big group and he made sure our rooms were closer to each other since we are traveling with our kids. The buffet breakfast was also very good.

we always stay at marco polo gateway when in HK, because our kids grew up in your hotel, so it's like a comfort place when we travel to HK. Special mention to the duty manager who assisted us when my daughter had severe allergies, he had one staff accompany us to the nearest pharmacy and also where the nearest hospital was. and when we got back to the hotel, since we already checked out and was waiting to proceed to the airport, he had us use one room so my daughter can rest for awhile. The concierge was very attentive and helpful, even with our luggages and getting a taxi

not recommendable for seniors are hard to get in the tub, we requested 802 to be transferred to a no-tub room, and we were given 819, which is much older and smaller room, my parents didn't like the room, it didn't look clean also, several watermarks on countertops, like not sanitized well

Always a favorite hotel when going to HK with family. The location is excellent, food is good and facilities were nice.

Too bad the free snacks and drinks became very limited after the pandemic.
