Central location, walkable to the border to Hong Kong. Spacious after being free upgrade. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Television was small and poor quality. The chair was leaned on one side which was not suitable to sit. Wear and tear could be easily seen in the bathroom.

I've stayed here many times and I'd say it's the best hotel in Shenzhen. Close to the train station and border. Peter who is the head of concierge is amazing. He has been here for many years and always makes our stay wonderful helping with all matters. Brilliant service.

Only negative I would say is the breakfast. The breakfast is mainly for Chinese people as there is very limited variety for foreigners. Even beans and hash brown are not available so please improve breakfasts for us foreigners and the hotel would be perfect.

Everything was really good,from reception to checkout..everything went smoothly.staff at reception was really helpful for guiding us and arranging cabs for local transport.Lynn was very helpful. breakfast spread was good ,had options for vegetarian too.Close to Luoho port and situated in happening area of town.will definitely recommend

This is very old property and renovation is must. First in name of upgrade they provide me worst corner room, which was very dirty, dirty carpets, bed in wrong position, etc. How can you allot this type of room to any guest. but next day when I complained then I got room change and upgrade in another room. Also no one can understand little English except one helpful person who was at counter and help me to change my room. We choose International chain to get some in-house or in room dining with some international food option and some person can know English but it was not.

Al hacer el chequeo de ingreso, mostré mi reserva de Booking. Me pidieron una garantía de 10.000 yuan. Al instante ví que la garantía la habían cobrado. Me dijeron que no me preocupe. Me había hospedado en un hotel muy seguro y confiable ( eso me dijeron el recepcionista también ). A los 9 días que ya fui hacer la salida a las 10 am porque mi tren a Guangzhou salía a las 2.15 pm. Me dan mi cuenta y yo espero que me den el vuelto. Sorpresa la mía. Me exigieron el pago y que la garantía confíe en ellos que en 72 horas estaría en mi cuenta. Lo que les decía que no era posible porque lo debían hacer con mi tarjeta la devolución o retorno de los 10.000 yuanes o 1380 dólares. Ya cobrados y que nunca lo debieron hacer. A parte de no haberlo devuelto. Han pasado ya 5 días. Ecuador me cobra el 5 % de salida de capital, más comisión de Booking, más comisión de la tarjeta y no se que más. Estoy hospedado desde el mismo 7 de abril ahora en el mismo cadena del crown plaza. Aquí solo me pidieron de garantía en efectivo 100 dólares y el pago adelantado del hotel. Lo que hice de inmediato. No entiendo como se permitieron abusar, cobrar la garantía, cobrar el hospedaje, pedir que confíe en ellos. El 14 de abril ya salgo de el hotel. Solo espero ( aunque lo dudo ) que cumplan y me devuelvan lo que se cobraron indebidamente.

The room is very pleasant, clean and luxurious. The staff is exceptionally kind and very helpful. In particular a lady named Natalie who helped me personally in several points and always with a smile

The hotel bar/restaurant should be open for hotel guests even late at night. At 23:00 they no longer serves food.

It was fantastic and so good quality for the price Very good staff specially with Ben show welcome us and help us to plan our visit in Shenzhen with very good advices. We strongly recommend this hotel and will come back next time

Staff was helpful and check in was smooth.

I don’t make reviews often but the very warm welcome, facilities and the attentiveness of staff were outstanding. Of particular note was Peter who looked after us extremely well. Indoor swimming pool was a blessing especially this time of the year where most hotels have outdoor pools that are closed.

Everything was either excellent or very good.

The location is near from many intereted place. Room is clean. Catherine at the front desk is so helpful, she helps me with the air purifier, help me to courier the package and many other things. I was really make her busy 😀 but she is happily do it.

Vlakbij metrostation Guomao van lijn 1, ideale locatie, goede bereikbaarheid van Luohu. Met taxi en openbaar vervoer goed bereikbaar in centrum. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Serviceniveau erg hoog. Ontbijt uitgebreid zowel westers als oosters ontbijt. Ruime zitgelegenheid voor ontbijt, tussen 8 en 9 wel erg druk. Bedden zeer comfortabel, op advies een kamer op etage 5 voor bubbelbad genomen, als zeer goed ervaren. Wij zullen bij volgende reis dit hotel weer boeken maar dan een grotere kamer of suite.

Hotel is enigszins verouderd en beetje gedateerd, maar alles wel netjes

It is a very nice hotel, and I always stay here when I visit Shenzhen. Located in the center of the Luohu district, it is very close to the metro station, restaurants, and commercial areas. The quality of service is good. I want to offer particular thanks to the manager at the front desk, Mr. Peter Wu, for his help. Also, thanks to Eason at the front desk for his assistance

The location is quite convenient, the staff is friendly.

The standard room is very small, the furnishings are dated and worn. The room doesn’t look like the one described in the booking site.

TV is too too small and why installed location not front of bed tail. We have neck painful after watching TV after some time. This is very bad experience even those other amenities is fairly good. Lastly I don’t get any SPA coupons …..
