Well located for the City of York. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was warm. Located on the corner of two main roads but very little road noise heard.

The instructions for using the cooker could have been clearer. They said to make sure the time was set or it would not work. The time was set but we needed to set the timer. We found rubbish from previous occupants under the sofa and the bedside cabinet.

Still problems with shower. Either very hot or very cold and no hot water for a bath on an evening and no way to switch it on

Exactly as it is shown in the pictures, great location, great amenities, definitely recommend!

The TV is a little on the small side but apart from that nothing to dislike.

The upkeep seemed poor, with missing bulbs, several things not working, broken kitchen tools and minimal toiletries and soap left. Shouldn't advertise that shampoo is provided as would only last one night. Expected more for the price paid.

Spacious flat. Comfortable beds . Well stocked kitchen. Bus service nearby. About 10 to 15min walk to Minster depending on your fitness

Unfortunately flat we had was two flights up and no lift. Oversight on my part .

Location was really good. 10-15 minute walk along the city walls to the Merchant Gate and round to the Minster. Safe parking behind the building. Asda across the road. Furniture was comfy. Shower was good.

Possibly more toiletries - 1 bottle between 3 for 2 days was a bit ungenerous. We all came by train / plane so were carrying as little as possible re toiletries. Some washing up liquid as we didnt want to use the dishwasher just for cups - we ate out.

It's in a great location for shops, bars & train station. Asda with-in 2 minute walk, can be seen from living room. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge freezer. Great for a family with the 2 bedrooms. Separate kitchen/diner from living room. Very cosy. They have a cupboard in living room with board games & books. They send you a message asking about how you slept etc. Which was nice. Car parking space for 1 car, this is signed just for this apartment & it is right below the apartment & you can see from window in kitchen. Brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Oh & if anyone loves Christmas as much as I do, well they have a Nutcracker shop & a Christmas shop.

There is no lift. So wouldn't be ideal for anyone with difficulty on stairs. (we was ok with this though, I have only stated this for reference for disability).

The apartment is in need of some attention: it could use a fresh coat of paint throughout, there were no matching drinking glasses, the floor length kitchen curtain is missing, etc. The owner or the management company appears not to have visited on-site lately. There was no information for the visitor: no wifi password was provided, no instructions on the heating system, the shower, etc. And for travellers to York, or especially for those new to the neighborhood, there was no information on pubs, restaurants, etc. It was clean but not really clean, if you get my drift. (The bed sheet was ripped for example).

Everything about the property was lovely.
