Room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work in our room so it was boiling and then with the window open was too loud outside! Had some very loud neighbours which stopped me from getting to sleep. Had to complain to reception.

Got checked in. Staff were brilliant and let us select which room to assist my disabled mother's needs.
Bed was huge and so comfortable.
Air con was great.
Towels were large and changed when requested. Toiletries were The White Company - smelt gorgeous.
Free coffee and croissants were a huge bonus.

Located walking distance from city centre. The lift never worked throughout my stay and not good to walking up and down stairs. Front desk staff very helpful with my luggage.
The room spacious, with a large shower. The bed very comfortable, slept like a baby. Especially with the thick curtains.
The kitchen is workable, save on eating out. But the all taps in kitchen and bathroom (shower), should indicate which is hot or cold instead of messing around trying to figure it out.
There is no point in the grab bag, as all it is crossiant and hot drink.

All fine; smooth check-in, comfortable bed, no noise from adjoining rooms. Can’t fault it. Helpful to have air conditioning during the summer months.

Ok hotel goggle maps takes you to Q Carpark so ended up parking there for £20.00 ..

Perfectly acceptable, and good to get free coffee and croissant for breakfast. All the cooking and irregular cleaning leaves the corridors quite smelly

Great central location. Lovely lady on reception at check in. Room was clean and very well equipped. Comfortable firm bed. Croissants and coffee provided in the reception area for breakfast was a nice start to the day. Would recommend and we would stay there again. We had 6 rooms booked for a hen weekend and we were all looked after well.

Brilliant Hotel with underground parking which was £10 for 24 hours. 5 minute walk to the shops. Right next door is the famous Rock City and we did wonder if we’d hear any noise from this but absolutely nothing at all and we stayed on a Friday night when it was open, our room was on the same side as Rock City and our window was in vent and still no noise at all. The facilities in the room were amazing it was like a mini apartment with a kitchen and everything you would need in it, fridge with freezer box, hob, pans, plates, cutlery, kettle, kitchen sink, dishwasher, basically everything. TV, USB sockets by the bed, sofa, dressing table. Can not fault this Hotel and we will definitely return. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant too.

Superb place to stay if you’re going to Rock City. It’s literally next door. Great staff and a little shop of sorts selling snacks and juices to take to your room. A mean to cup coffee machine and pastry in the morning is a great touch.

The staff is extremely nice, the hotel is fine, I missed the breakfast, there is only a complimentary one. Otherwise very OK. Outside it looks really sort of abandoned, but maybe that town is more or less like this.

Brill hotel with extra kitchenette Included in room. Helpful staff and really convenient location for gig at Rock city, which is pretty much next door. Only negative was Hotels.com marked this as paid, which it wasn’t, which causes a bit of hassle as had to go back through statements to make sure it hadn’t actually been paid, even though I had a receipt for it. I don’t believe this was the Hotels fault and the staff member was super sweet and patient whilst I checked

Great place to stay and very reasonably priced. We loved the idea of having a little kitchen in the room. And all the items available downstairs for your stay. Makes it so much cheaper and flexible if you can sort your own breakfasts out.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
And all the staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early as we'd got there sooner than expected. Which was great as we had elderly parents with us.
I'd definitely recommend this for a stay. So close to everything in the town centre too. We were seeing a show at the theatre and it was just a couple of minutes walk away.

Fabulous property. Nice to have the fridge, microwave, somewhere to sit and proper glasses, plates etc. Lighting made it feel classy and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely look to stay again.

the hotel needs a lot of updating from the shower to the reception area it just all seemed a bit grubby and shabby.

Upon arriving to Nottingham early and grabbing a quick breakfast at a local restaurant, we decided to give the hotel a call and ask if early check in was possible as we were rather tired offer the trip. It was a pleasant surprise to find the hotel was able to accommodate that request.
Upon arrival to hotel we were greeted by a very friendly lady and a younger gentleman who made the check in process very quick and seamless.
Hotel has Coffee station in the lobby.
Spacious room, with a kitchen and utensils required for cooking at the ready for your convenience. Toaster, kettle. Exactly what we needed.
I’m sure I’ll be coming back soon.

The property was okay apart from the noisy door opening in the communal area which sent noise reverberating around room 401 all night long.
Had this not been an issue then I would have scored the stay higher.
Front desk staff seemed miserable and customer service was poor as a consequence.
The complimentary breakfast was a joke, a dry croissant (no butter or jam) and a coffee from a vending machine.
The stay didn’t represent value for money, I don’t mind paying for a luxurious stay, this was far from luxurious and average at best.

We booked here as it was my birthday...we travelled from a different location..we have stayed here before it was lovely ...but after this visit we will not return ..both days we were there we saw people being moved out ...it was only wen we was on our way home and started reading reviews we found out there letting homeless people stay there ...nothing against homeless people ..but would of been nice to have been told ...we will not return again

One of the best value for money stays I’ve ever had! Never had a full kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. Room was superbly laid out and extremely comfortable bed. Staff where all friendly as well.

Smack bang in the middle of the city. Close to Rock City, this hotel is very convenient, nicely styled and very comfortable.
Breakfast is non existent unless you pay extra but beneath building parking for a tenner make this great for a night away
