New refurbished room 7th floor was great. Staff welcome and attitude at reception excellent, and usually is.

Très bien placé surtout quand on atterrit à l'aéroport de stansted. Le train express arrive à 300 mètres de l'hôtel. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages et partir à pied le long de la Tamise vers la Tour de Londres. C'est facile de se restaurer autour. Tout le personnel est très serviable.Nous avons apprécié le lounge qui nous a permis de nous désaltérer et de rencontrer d'autres clients de l'hôtel. La suite est grande et très propre.

Juste le fait que dans la suite il n'y ait pas de porte entre la chambre et le salon qui se transforme en 2eme chambre si vous êtes plus de 2.

Spacious room, for London with comfortable beds.. The location was good and close to Sky Garden and Tower Bridge. Amazon Fresh and Sainsburys nearby if you need them. We had a drink in the Leadinhall market across the road. The breakfast was nice with a number of options.. Most of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. . We had a twin room and needed an extra bed and the guy that brought it was lovely. When we checked in, Loum was very helpful and professional.Check out was equally efficient. Although the main reception is being reformed, there is a large basement reception which has complimentary coffee, drinks and snacks. Our room had a fridge which was useful. I have an Nespresso machine at home and really liked having it and a kettle in the room. We also used the iron, safe and hairdryer available. NB. Sink plug you push down to open. Couldn't open it initially. LOL 😆 Would return. Thanks 😊

On Friday, the person at breakfast could have been more friendly with a family she spoke to (it seemed the children were not included) but they got sorted by going to reception.

Hotel Rechnung hat nicht gestimmt. Hotel hat 20 Pfund zuviel von uns abgebucht. Statt 533,74 wurde 553,74 bezahlt.

Location and the receptionist upon arrival was lovely.

We got woken up by a really loud noise in our room. Got double charged then refund was hard to get back. The hostess at breakfast was so rude it aas unreal. My husband doesn't like runny egg sp all we asked was if the chef could do a couple hard ones. She refused to ask him. I then asked another waitress and she chased her telling her not to ask him. So so rude.

We only used the Club Lounge and the facilities were great. We had dinner at the pub next door which was great. There was complimentary packaged croissants and tea and coffee, which was all we needed. The location was perfect. As tourists that wanted to see London the motel is close to Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and everything else we wanted to see as well as pubs and cafes, shops and the tube station. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet.

We choose the hotel for it's lounge area and lobby, preferring that to a standard Premier Inn. When we arrive it was all shut and we had to use the back entrance with a tiny lobby. No advise this would be the case just apologies stuck up in the building.

I stayed here for the second time, and both times I’m quite satisfied. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, and it’s very centrally located, right in the middle of two different metro lines. Plus, it’s within walking distance to London Liverpool Street train station, which is an important reason for choosing it.

It was clean and in a good location it was dog friendly and free access to hot drinks and water at all times which was good. The bed and pillows were lovely and comfy.

The 2nd night to extend our stay cost a small fortune when I hoped we may get a bit of a deal. The staff were nice enough but we didn’t get fresh towels or the room cleaned and they didn’t explain how the lift worked so we struggled with lots of bags / dog cages

Room was big, view was excellent. Location was perfect for central London and also for the spectacular high view restaurants. Easy walking distance from monument station.

Room: not serviced every day (at this price!!). Shouldn't have to ask, and if sustainability is the key word, then share it by reducing prices. The hotel only benefits from not changing every day. Only one side of the bed had a bedside table. So phone, tablets, chargers, drinks etc all sat on the floor Breakfast: choice was good, but arriving 30 mins before closure meant stale food, and you have to ask for fresh preparation. There was more than enough staff to check state of the food. Later breakfast seemed an imposition. Wetherspoons next door is a better value and quality option.# Also: TV remote not working, TV not tuned properly, non replenishing of toilet rolls. Aircon too hot even on cold. I opened windows.

Loved the location , so close to Leadenhall market, sky garden , Spittlefields market , London Bridge and the underground. The hotel was very comfortable and cosy , and I loved the complimentary coffee in the lounge. I would definitely stay there again
