Blood on wall in bathroom and breakfast was non existent not like other ones that we have stayed

Not all of the amenities were available. I booked this hotel with the pool in mind. However, it wasn’t until after I checked it that we were informed the pool wasn’t open and it had not been for more than 2 weeks. If the pool is listed as an amenity, you’re paying for it and should be able to use it. Had I’d know in advance, I would never have booked this hotel. My family and I were on a mini vacay and to not be able to use the pool was disappointing. I later called the manager to discuss the possibility of a discount on my room and never heard back. Says a lot about how the manager and the lack of customer service.

The bathroom doors

Location was nice.

Indoor pool was out of order. This was the second location where the pool was closed. I would have booked elsewhere if I would have know the pool wasn't open.

Clean and comfortable

The stained glass bathroom doors were a major let down. When someone uses the bathroom during the night, it brightly lights up the entire room and serves very little privacy or air tightness.

Room was comfortable

The night shift staff wasn't very friendly. But most of all we had not 1 not 2 but 3 WASPS in our room the last night of our stay and we where on the top floor. Did not expect to have any type of bugs at this hotel. Very disappointing.

The toilet separate from the shower room. The 12pm checkout. The location.

The hallways are very humid and hot. At check-in, the staff gave us the correct keys but the wrong room #. So when I attempted to unlock the door it wouldn't let us in. It wasn't until Chris from guest services came to the room that he realized we had the right keys but the wrong room #. It took us almost 30 minutes since we checked in to get into our room.
