My trip was awesome from the Zen Spa to the shisha lounge. Also eating on the waters at Finz restaurant and enjoying some me time on my balcony. I was also recommended by Charles of a restaurant across from the resort which was great too. I highly recommend this resort!

Outstanding hotel, great facilities, superb staff and spotlessly clean everywhere. This was our first trip to Abu Dhabi and if we were to return we would love to come back to this hotel.

We booked again and with Rotana due to the need to be nearby Cleveland Hospital. unfortunately it is worse than our previous stay three weeks ago. although we booked the claimed the renovated rooms maybe this renovation took place-long time back. again hygiene and housekeeping is bad the rooms were dusty, furniture is old, bathroom needs renovation. Towels are too harsh and bad quality and they really need to consider the used detergent! Same of the linen. Staff need to be trained or maybe replaced. We were checked in by “ Safwan” as i recall not sure. He was quick and grant us connected rooms as per our request, unfortunately all the other staff are below standard, guest services hang out without listening, sometime no answer to the call. Room services were ordered and after waiting for 2 hours they claimed they didn’t receive the order!! The extra bed was a torture for my daughter uncomfortable at all. Very bad service and hotel, i use to love it more than 15 years back, i gave it two chances this month and failed me in both.

We checked in with Mr. Waseem, who is the manager and he’s extremely supportive cooperating and on top of things. we booked three rooms with Seaview, for our convenience. We were looking for two connected rooms with one adjust room so we give up away the seaview to city view, but we got the rooms we needed. After checking in room, we got one specious room which is really specious very with the twin room attached to it. rooms are well kept but cleaning and hygiene is another issue that the hotel management really need to work on. cleanliness in general was really poor, most areas in the room were dusty. specially the bathroom. another major issue with the bathroom is the availability of hot water which was barely warm, not hot, which is too annoying during taking your shower. Amenities in the bathroom and room was OK. There was supposedly balcony in the rooms but tooo small and no view and locked by the hotel, so cant be used. There is a humidity smell all over the hotel, including the Lobby and the whole hotel needs proper renovation. I didn’t like the way the initial lady at reception treated us. We had booked a seaview room and when we got to the room (as you can see in the picture) the balcony was a box and there was no sea to be seen. When I asked about this, I was told that the hotel is fully booked and there is nothing that she could do to help us. As the reception area is quite big, I spoke to another gentleman who was a lovely listener and incredibly helpful. He said that the hotel was fully booked but he could offer us a garden room which was essentially a shared patio area. We were happier to move to this room however with a baby who was beginning to walk, I was hesitant to have a balcony area that was so open. Then the manager Joseph called and said that they have a room available on the 6th floor with a seaview which was perfect and just what we wanted in the first place! All the seaview rooms have partial sea views by the way. The hotel and room was lovely, there is access to the Abu Dhabi mall which has a supermarket and restaurants if you aren’t eating at the hotel. The pool and sea area are super, it was a little windy but that’s to be expected due to the location. The housekeeping team were so amazing and helpful. Just wanted to say a thank you again to the lovely gentleman on reception, I think his name began with a N or M - he was incredibly kind and helpful. He is an asset to the hotel and really did make our stay so much better! Thank you again x

This was our 4th stay at this hotel and unfortunately it wasn't as good as we have had in the past. Room wasn't what was booked (KIng bed, sea view, balcony) - however we did get a move the following day. The actual room size itself was fine - no issues with that, but standard room balconies have no furniture - so there is no where to sit outside once you leave the pool area. We did try sitting in an area other than a bar. One evening and were asked by a waiter to move inside to the seating area there as this area was for guests having drinks. We had reserved dinner for our last evening and when we got there - no reservation. However it wasn't busy so we did get a table . We were also told our final bill at checkout would be emailed to us and we are still waiting for it!!

Excellent hotel with excellent facilities, beach and swimming pool, and direct access to one of most important malls with amazing choice of dining facilities.

I would not personally rate the facility as 5 starts hotel, 3.5 is fair. The room and furniture, mattress are all not suitable for what supposably a five star hotel. Room service is bad, requested an extra blanket and pillow , the blanket arrived after one hour. However, the pillow was never delivered (he said i will be right back but never returned). First hotel that i stayed on in my 14 year of travel that i call room services and had to wait for more than 3 minutes until somebody answer. In addition, maintenance work in next rooms which is noisy, be ready for your stay. The positive part is the location which is connected to the mall and the reception staff which are so kind. Other than those, i will definitely won’t rate the hotel more than 3.5 star.

At the first night we had a dinner and right after I felt very bad. I’ve got both, diarrheas and vomit. Spoke we the restoraunt crew day after. The apologies and promise to run investigation and get back to us. Moreover they offers some camomile tea and water. None of those happens. Very disappointing. In addition the smell in the room was very bad.

Rooms are spaceful. The bar is very nice. Breakfast almost perfect.

The Beach Rotana has been a favorite of mine since 2012. The restaurants, bar, and swimming/exercise areas are very nice. And the direct connection to the Abu Dhabi Mall is quite convenient. I was especially pleased with how quiet the room was. Love this place.

Beach Rotana is an excellent venue - not the 7 stars it was before covid pandemic but definitely still 5 stars

My AirPods were stolen by the room service from my room And no proper action was taken from the management to solve the issue !! Never go to this place

Excellent stay at the Beach Rotana. Service was great and people very friendly. Restaurants serve delicious food and service was wonderful.

Sound insulation is not good. I can easily hear the vioce from other rooms. And it's loud.

It was an a la carte breakfast because of Covid situation of course. Then, the AC vent in our room was dripping water. I did not bother to complain because I was so busy preparing for our appointment the next morning. The phone in the hotel is not working. We have to use our mobile phones everytime we need to talk to the reception. But the hotel was kind enough to grand my request that the two rooms that I booked be close to each other and we were allowed to check out at 14:00. And we had a nice dinner at Trader Vics. Love the food there.

Location was great. But TV is too small and doesn’t have good quality.
