Rude staff

The customer service at the front desk was subpar. I didn’t feel welcome and wasn’t directed to the location of their elevators.

My stay was amazing. I was there was a complimentary breakfast.

Overall our stay wasn’t too bad. The pool was A LOT smaller than anticipated which was a huge bummer. The location of the property was pretty ideal. Lots of good dining options close by and right next to the highway to get anywhere in DFW area.

Like how new it feel!!! Beds are wonderful!! The pool is a little small but we enjoyed our stay.

Price quoted on Expedia was $100 less than what was actually owed. I don’t fault aloft for that though.

This hotel states in their pet policy on Expedia's website that pets can stay for FREE! I signed waivers for my pet, I read the fine print.. no mention of a fee. The standard $75 hold was placed on my card. Once again, NOTHING about a fee was mentioned in the waivers or at check-in. After my stay, I was charged an astronomical fee for my two dogs. My dogs are very well-trained, non-shedding dogs and we cleaned up the room diligently to ensure no messes were left behind. But I was STILL charged... even though pets could allegedly stay for free. I reached out to Aloft's customer service and was treated with total disrespect and no resolution to the issue. If there is going to be a fee for pets, PUT THAT ON THE WEBSITE! PUT IT ON THIRD PARTY BOOKING WEBSITES! PUT THAT IN THE WAIVER!!! I will NEVER stay at an Aloft EVER again!!! I have never been treated so poorly by customer service. However, I will say that this particular location was very convenient and close to Toyota Music Pavilion. Aside from the lack of disclosures, the check-in was seamless.

Found this one to be cleaner then most hotels, from the moment you walk in all the way to your room. Room size was small but perfect for me, very clean, smelled good and the ac was on point. (Ac is a lil loud when it comes on but no biggie) Shower was clean mirror and lighting was on point and plenty of outlets for all your needs. With recent storms knocking out my power at home i found this place to be convenient, location was great as well.

Aesthetic of the room and the customer service is top notch. The only thing I don’t like about it is the ac make a lot of noise but other than that everything else was excellent

Will absolutely stay here again. Comfortable, great service, I could bring my dog- location is very convenient. Thought the price was fair- good value

The noise level to our room on the first floor was high at night.

There were no lights on parking area and It’s very dark and scary in the midnight car parking.

We stayed on the 5th floor. We heard zero noise from other guests. The AC was ice cold, and the bed was comfy. The only wasn't super well stocked with drinks or snacks for it being the weekend, but a 7-11 was near by for that. The pool was great for the kids to play in and the front desk staff were very kind at check-in, checkout and random questions in-between. Chipotle and Starbucks super close by. We would stay here again for future events in Irving.

Hotel seemed pretty new on the surface. Began to notice its ‘oldness’ surface. Pool table was cool add. But disappointed that pool cues were not in fair condition. Seemed a lot of people stray in to hangout. Trash can out front was over flowing every day.

We liked our stay a lot.

Perfect spot for concert stay.

Staff was very helpful and nice, amenities were great, and the area was full of options but not crowded!

Clean

Absolutely love this Hotel! I attend a Tradeshow at the Kay Bailey Convention Center in Dallas once a year and I always stay here. I'd rather drive 15-20min to the Convention than stay in a Hotel close to the Center because it's always a great experience. I love the breakfast place around the corner and there is a really good Mediterranean Restaurant around the corner as well. Plus, the staff here has always been friendly.
