Broken door handle. Tub didn’t drain. Banging and pounding in the morning so we couldn’t sleep. Pool had black mold. Overpriced for the quality

Property was fantastic. Bartender, jaime, was a hoot. Nightlife had a good vibe, but hasn't very lively.

Our stay-cation was worth the trip. The Omni Hotel and Resort did not disappoint and the reviews we read were honest and true and we are glad that we took the opportunity to get away for the weekend. We definitely will be back especially to check out the newly renovated rooms. All staff members we came in contact with were pleasant and the atmosphere was as it you were at a resort from out of town. Who knew you could get peace of mind and wonderful scenery 45 mins away from home. No hussle and bussle as if you were on an island itself. Everything we needed was simply in walking distance or on the premises. Events took place and that was in walking distance. Resturants on premises and walking distance. Outdoor swimming pool, pool side bar, spacious patio area, river walk view and trail. Apt homes next door and the residents were friendly. Resort vibe vs. Hotel vibe. Thank you Omni. Oh and Mokara the Spa facility was awesome we enjoyed our couple massage. Our bodies are still thanking us. If you wanna get away I definitely recommend Omni Hotel and Resort in Las Colinas. Stay-cation or out of state as a couple we will be back to get away. LOL

The room was spacious and extremely clean! The chairs and couch was very uncomfortable. The pillows were like too flat. Both tv’s were top notch! Easy access to the ice machine. All of the staff were very courteous and nice !! The guys at the valet were outstanding!

We love staying at an Omni hotel as we always know we will get exceptional service and accommodations.

The stay was okay. The elevator broke down with me in it on the 22nd floor and I was stuck in there for approximately 10 minutes. The jerk from it stopping jammed my knee and made me think I would soon be falling to my death. The help button in the elevator was not working either, so I had to call the front desk to let them know I was stuck and the help button malfunctioned. They told me at the front desk they would take a night off my bill; I have not seen that. Other than that it is a fairly nice hotel and the people were good.

I love the pool area and the spa. Elena at the spa was amazing and did such a great job. My room was very clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back.

The property was beautiful! The pool was so nice with a beautiful view. The elevators were broken a couple times but they let us use the staff ones.

Upon arrival we were greeted and checked in with a surprise of a upgraded room!! Our whole stay was very welcoming and for sure relaxing!! Will definitely be back!!

Property is definitely in need of an update. Renovations appear to be happening now. I heard some construction noise while in the room. The room was quite large, which was nice. I had a view of Lake Carolyn. I liked the walking path around the lake. Nice way to start the day. The restaurant in the lobby had a good number of gluten free options. The conference offerings were limited though and not consistently marked.

I really liked the parking system but wish there was more heads up on the exit because we got stuck during the time we were leaving and had to go back to the front desk. Otherwise, the property was in a good area, suites were large and the pool was very clean.

We always have a great stay and really enjoy the pool time.

It was alright. There was chewed candy wrapped in a wrapper stuck on the bath tub. The bath tub was really small. For such an expensive hotel you would think it would be more updated. You don’t get free breakfast or Wi-Fi. You have to pay for both. I would rather pay less for a cheaper hotel and not nickel and dime me to death.

I stayed for my birthday and everyone was extra nice. I would like to thank Mrs. Hala for being a wonderful person extra nice and helpful and another thanks goes to my bartenders Kylie she was awesome and a very hard worker. I loved every minute of my staycation.

We didn’t have housekeeping , but the coffee machine was not refreshed & my husband couldn’t make coffee the 2nd morning

It was my first time staying at Omni las colinas and I enjoyed my stay very much. And the staff were very helpful and nice. Definitely will be back.
