Excellent stay, great service,courteous staff, friendly, great experience all the way around, only input I would have is it would even more better if continental breakfast was offered

We stayed for 2 nights and never received housekeeping service … we ran out of towels abs has to borrow from the gym which were small towels … not happy with that at all !… we had to ask for toilet paper as we didn’t have an extra roll on the room just a half used one when we arrived … room was old and had price tags still in the pictures … hahah take off the price tags from the pictures on the wall please lol … front desk was NOT friendly and it seemed as if they were bothered to be helped … I was there 10 minutes before my check in and was told k had to wait 30 minutes or pay $65 to get in instantly … I waited the 20 minutes but I never heard if that In my life… never !… absurd ,., there was spit in the elevator and breakfast was rubber bagels abs cereal and milk … been her before and it wasn’t terrible … this time it was terrible … maybe management changed, but I will not be back for sure … also, people hanging out all night smoking by entrances … that shouldn’t be allowed…. Don’t give me cancer because u choose to smoke and wnat it … the pets make the place smell too .,. Oh well….

I’ve stayed this hotel many times, but very disappointed this time. I will choose somewhere else in the future.

I was looking for a hotel that was close to DFW airport that offered shuttle service to the airport and allowed me to leave my vehicle at the hotel until I returned from my trip. This hotel was a good choice. The room was comfortable but the breakfast is very limited in what they offer. However, the price of the room made up for the breakfast. I would stay there again if I had another trip involving flights out of DFW. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

My family stayed here 4 nights and it was ok overall. The staff was very friendly so no problem there but the rooms were not quite that great. The Towels in the bathroom smelled a little funny and I wish I had brought my own. The lights were not all working in our particular room so it was a little inconvenient at night when trying to walk around in the dark. I know these rooms say non smoking but almost every night after midnight I could smell cigar in our room and I smelled it stronger coming from the bathroom. I didn’t like that at all because I have a baby girl and I know that isn’t good for her to inhale. The neighbors can be loud after midnight and at times that would wake me up. I chose this hotel because it had a great location for where we wanted to go. The Fair and the Dallas Zoo, and Arlington. It was nice having Dennys next door. Hotel breakfast was good but not much variety. It was Ok overall.

Overall it is a nice hotel with a clean bed. Cleanliness is average. Nice location close to the airport. You must request housekeeping otherwise they only come every 3 days.

The front desk guy had no personality and wss Not welcoming. The rooms need to be cleaned better and the shower in our room was falling apart. The tub floor was peeling and the shower faucet was falling out of the wall.
