Breakfast was fine.

I am a regular customer and there were several issues with the room. There were hairs in the bath tub, the toilet would not flush at one time I thought the toilet was going to over flow and the people must have been having a get together because they were loud through the hallway. I do not wish to stay in the B building anymore. The next time I stay I will request a room outside the B building, I have had way to many bad experiences staying in the B building other than that I was ok. If that is not possible I will not stay at your establishment.

The staff and services were great. But I would recommend for them to put more surveillance around the property. Or another situation can occur where a guest can get stolen from.

There were no cameras around the property. We got our catalytic converter stolen off our truck during the night we stayed. We didn't expect for anything like that to happen we thought we were secure.

The staff is helpful and they did their best to accommodate some of the basic requests I made. They have a free breakfast having tea/coffee, eggs, omelette, sausage, potatoes, bread, cereals, and some fruits.

When we arrive, lady in the reception told us that they have ongoing network issue and wifi wont work. This is like an apartment complex and not like a regular hotel. There are no elevators I believe. Rooms were not clean. The coffee and creamer provided to use was spoiled. There was no TV remote and calls to reception wont work. One of the curtains was missing, i.e. you can not have 100 percent privacy if you wish to cover the window.

Breakfast was good - what I expected. Wish there were more restaurant options within walking distacne.

The room Didn’t smell fresh and the people above me was so loud it was unbelievable. If it wasn’t raining I would have packed my family up and left.

The staff was not super friendly and seemed annoyed. The breakfast set up was not organized and people were waiting around for coffee for at least 20 min. They ran out of bacon by 8am and you had to ask for silverware.

The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The facility as well as the room was clean. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly and courteous.
